These podcasts feature lectures and presentations from the annual Midwest Preacher's Retreat held at Wisconsin Christian Youth Camp (Fallhall Glen) in Black River, Falls, Wisconsin.
Recordings have been preserved through the efforts of those in attendance. Special thanks to Kevin Rayner, who excelled at this task for many years. Our recording equipment sometimes does not record the question and answer portions well. It is our hope that these recordings prove a worthwhile resource to those who listen in.
The Midwest Preachers retreat takes place each year during the last Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday of September. Now in its 49th year, the retreat features 5 main presentations by our featured speaker and 6 other sessions led by various other speakers usually from the upper midwest. A committee of five men plan the retreat each year. Monroe Hawley, Gary Cleveland, Jim Coehoorn, Bruce Goodwin and Colby Clapp serve as the planning committee but as anyone can tell you, it is actually Julia Hawley who is the indispensable one of the lot as she serves as our registrar and keeps things organized and running smoothly. The cost presently is $80 per person or $125 per couple. This includes all meals, lodging and registration fees. For more information contact Monroe Hawley at (414) 281-8667 e-mail- firstname.lastname@example.org Or Gary Cleveland email@example.com The administrator of this Podcast site is Gary Cleveland.
